Beautiful villa with seven air-conditioned bedrooms, large heated pool and enclosed gardens. Walking distance to the shops, 5 km from Uzes, 40 km from Avignon.
This stunning country house sits in a very private location with a gated entrance leading to wonderful, well-established grounds with flat garden. The large, heated private swimming pool is set between the main property which boasts six bedrooms and three bathrooms and the self-contained pool house with a further bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is an additional double sofa bed in the bedroom which means the property can accommodate up to 16 people. Please contact us for more details.
This property is the perfect setting for a family gathering, a group of friends wanting to unwind together in one of Provence’s loveliest areas or other occasions that require a high standard of accommodation.
The famous Pont du Gard aqueduct is just 17 km away and the Roman towns of Nimes, Arles and Avignon are all within easy reach as well as the Cevennes mountains, an undiscovered area worth exploring.
Located in a rural setting, the small village of Saint Quentin la Poterie, famous for its ceramics, is only 10 min' on foot. In the village you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bar, bakeries and a wide range of pottery stalls and workshops. From the northern part of the village, you can also enjoy a stroll through the vineyards, or visit the ancient Roman millstones quarry. Thanks to this vibrant, pottery business, the village has been designated a Ville et Métiers d'Art (Arts and Crafts Town).
The nearby Jardin Medieval in Uzes (5 km) and Sautadet Waterfalls (30km) reflect the area's natural beauty and other area attractions include Le Jardin Des Oules (3 km) and Maison des Gorges du Gardon (19 km). Also, nearby you will find a golf course 10 km, horse riding 3 km, cycling and hiking/biking trails in the nearby vicinity.

Further south: Troglodyte caves of Les Baux de Provence, the medieval walled town of Aigues Mortes, Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte in the heart of the magnificent Camargue delta.
